Refunds & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. So if you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 180 days of receiving your order (that’s 6 months from your date of purchase!). You can return your product for a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

I received damaged/wrong item or my item didn’t arrive at all

Most orders will arrive in 30 days or less but sometimes there are delays due to factors outside of our control (e.g. customs delay, natural disasters). But if your item(s) has still not arrived within 45 days from the order date or it arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, simply Contact Us to arrange for either of following:

  • a full refund of your original sale price
  • reshipment of your exact order + additional $20 store credits

I changed my mind/ordered the wrong item or I’m not 100% satisfied with the item.
I want to return the item.

If you no longer want the item for whatever reason, please complete the following steps to arrange for a free return:

  1. Forward either your order and/or Paypal receipt to support@hollywoodshine.com and indicate that you want to return your purchased item.
  2. If you ordered multiple items, please let us know the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. If applicable, please include clear pictures of the item defects in your email.
  4. We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email that you need to print.
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided

We reserve the rights to charge restocking fees of up to 20% of the item price based on the condition of the returned item(s).

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will contact you to arrange for either of the following:

  • a full refund equal to the original sale price of the returned item(s) less any restocking fees if applicable
  • store credits equal to the original sale price of the returned item(s) less any restocking fees + additional $10 store credits

“I changed my mind/ordered the wrong item or I’m not 100% satisfied with the item.
But I choose to keep the item.

If you opt not to return the item, forward either your order receipt and/or Paypal receipt (that you received via email) to support@hollywoodshine.com. We appreciate that you indicate the reason why you’re not satisfied and to include clear pictures of the item defects if applicable. Under this situation, we can offer you the following:

  • store credits equal to 20% of item original sale price plus an additional $20 store credits

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in its original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Any purchases made using store credits issued under this refund & returns policy is deemed final once received and not eligible for further compensation.

Validity of store credits:
Store credits issued under this refunds & returns policy is valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issuance.
